Significant shipping delays. I was consistently told one thing and was mislead as to the status of the order. Worse, the shipment arrived hot, and now we are waiting AGAIN to eventually be mislead. Extremely disappointing that you can spend this type of money and the poor business practices and lack of quality control completely ruin your investment. Be warned.

Very quick response to any inquiries. Customer service is definitely top notch. Each time I’ve reached out with questions, they’re very friendly and fast replies. They also let you know when your order is headed to the pharmacy and an approximate timeframe on when it will be shipped. This is my 2nd month with them and will very much continue.
