Placed order received shipping conformation email with delivery of 8-29 and still no product. Now this company will not respond to emails or message chats.

My child is absolutely loving the new pool! She was so excited and happy when we received it.

Product arrived as scheduled and as expected. Installation took me about 2.5 hours working by myself and once everything was organized into piles of matching lettered parts. Once you lay out the liner it is a matter of installing the rails and legs- make sure you pay attention to the location of the pump connections. For the rail installation I would recommend that you slide the first one into the liner and continue to connect them as you push them into the liner- I watched a video of an installation and they connected them all at once which seems cumbersome. Also spend the time early on to flatten the floor. If you wait until you have water starting to go into it (as the instructions tell you to do), it is too late and you will have ridges on the floor.

Received the pool as shown in photo. Great quality and sturdy material. Only thing is that it did not come with the instructions so we had to watch tutorial videos on how to set everything up... it did not come with a ladder so we had to buy that separately. also Not sure about the filter pump yet because it doesn't seem to have much power but it's too soon to tell right now...may need to upgrade that part.

I had never heard of this brand before but decided to give it a shot. The pricing of the pool were attractive. Most importantly, they came quick and they have great support. Jiana Kay

This is a scam! Fake reviews! I got a scam alert from my bank for an $800 pool I purchased. I did not receive an order confirmation, the website’s track order does not work, and no answer on phone. I e-mailed and called several numbers that I researched that linked to different names and websites: Werwis and Jaxteex. All appear to be scams. I wish I would have done extensive research first because now I have no pool for my grandkids!

We are very happy with our purchase. Delivery was right on time and the install was easy. We were missing a few top rails but I called on a Sunday and had them in a couple days.
