Rapid delivery of ink
I ordered inks from a different company a couple weeks ago. Took two weeks and it was shy the blue ink cartridge. I then ordered from Eufy and it only took 2 days!!! I will use Eufy from now on!

The epoxy plate got dents just after 3 prints, and on the 4th the nozzle took part of epoxy from plate when it was doing the initial levelling before the printing. I'm using AnkerMake M5c printer with AnkerMake nozzles.
Response from Eufymake· Oct 12, 2026
We're sorry — a build plate showing dents after three prints, and then the nozzle removing part of the epoxy coating during initial levelling on the fourth, is not what should happen with a new machine using genuine AnkerMake nozzles. We'd suggest not printing on the plate in its current condition. Once the surface is damaged, first-layer adhesion becomes unpredictable and the nozzle is more likely to catch on it again, which risks further damage to both the plate and the nozzle itself. There are two things to look at here, and they may be connected. The dents and the nozzle making contact with the coating during levelling both point towards the first-layer height being set too low — which can come from the levelling calibration, the z-offset, or from the plate. Replacing the plate without checking that would simply leave you with the same problem on the next print, so we'd want to address both together. Please email us at [support email] with your printer's serial number, your order details, and clear photos of the dents and of the area where the coating has been lifted, referencing this review. We'll have the case reviewed by someone who can go through the levelling settings with you and arrange a replacement plate. We're sorry this happened so early on in the machine's life. Still getting bombarded by marketing emails despite unsubscribing 6 times over 3 months now, if a company can't be trusted with managing email subscriptions, how is it going to be trusted with customer care, order and product support, i can't recommend this company to others, sorry.
Response from Eufymake· Oct 12, 2026
We're sorry. You unsubscribed, and we kept emailing you anyway — six times over three months. There's no reasonable explanation for that, and we're not going to offer one. We'd like to fix this properly and make sure it doesn't happen again. Please email us at [email protected] with the address you've been unsubscribing from, and we'll remove it manually across all of our marketing systems and confirm to you once it's done. We're also reviewing how this happened internally. We're sorry for the frustration and for the time you've already spent trying to stop it. The eufyMake Team

Was loving my printer until it decided to implode yesterday with no means to fix it. Height sensors failed and it shotgunned my acrylic pieces ..two flew out of the back door and one flew to the bottom of the printer and when it errored out it rehomed and crushed that acrylic piece. I can't get the bed to lift to remove it. It's now permanently jammed.
Response from Eufymake· Oct 12, 2026
We're very sorry — and before anything else, we hope you weren't hurt. Pieces being ejected from the machine during a fault is not something that should happen, and we're treating your report with real urgency. We're also sorry about what followed: the bed jamming with a piece crushed inside it, and no way to clear it yourself. Please don't force the bed or try to lever the piece out, as that risks further damage to the machine and to you — our engineers can guide you through the safe way to release it. We'd like to get to the bottom of the height sensor failure itself. Please email us at [email protected] with your printer's serial number, your order details, and any photos or video you have of the fault and the jam, referencing this review so we can prioritise your case. We'll have an engineer review it directly rather than starting you back at the beginning. You said you were loving the printer until this happened, and we're sorry that's how it ended. We'd like the chance to resolve it properly. The eufyMake Team
