Terrible customer service. Failed coding in TBC with Mount Hyjal rings resulting in duplicate items ended up becoming my problem. The one item that I used and had enchanted just got deleted overnight. The quality, assistance and awareness of your GM's pales in comparison to the old days. Needless to say, they refused to help.

Blizzard Entertainment war mal eine Vorzeigeschmiede für Games...das ist alles Schnee von gestern. Die Games sind teileweise voll mit Bugs, Support ist der letzte Grauß (Alles automatisiert & Unpersönlich im Getgensatz zu früher).Die Games sind teilweise mit Bugs versehen oder Teils Unfertig- als Vollversion in den Verkauf geschickt worden... absolut inakzeptabel.... Man hört ja in den Medien mittlerweile auch wie es intern so abläuft!

Schmutzverein 2021 Bekommen nix gebacken, Botter 2-mal in HS gemeldet und nix passiert, gestern im Match denselben Botter als Gegner wieder gehabt trotz E-Mail an Blitz

On this Sunday, I found myself in queue position 500 for Diablo 2: Resurrected. Before that, on two consecutive weekends the game was in unusable state. So if you buy a product and don't get to use it in a month, is that acceptable?

Letzte Billo Hinterzimmer Programmierbude, die Spiele sind extremst verbuggt, die Server laufen schlecht bis überhaupt nicht, 20 Jahre alte spiele werden maximal katastrophal schlecht geremaked -> grossen Bogen um alle Blizzard Produkte machen, erspart euch Zeit, Geld und Nerven

I had an issue with an item; purchased the wrong item from a vendor, raised a ticket to ask for the item to be swapped - a benign request that would take a GM a few minutes and would have been no issue for Blizzard of old. First, they took days to reply. Then they respond and call me the wrong name, then describe someone else's issue, followed by simply copy & paste response that effectively said 'we won't help'. After querying the policy, they threated to ban me. Clearly they've distilled their customer service to a point where they spend the least amount of time possible, to respond to any queries; all in the pursuit of cost saving at players expense. Find better games from companies who value you as a player/customer; Blizzard do not deserve your custom.
