Commande EU501086 passée le 8 juin, jamais reçue, et surtout aucune réponse aux mails ... Indiquée "In transit"par leur transporteurs et pas d'actualisation depuis le 12 juin. Voilà, j'attends qu'un jour on me réponde ...

Scum Paid for the items a month ago. Never received my order. Sent a few emails to the company, no reply... save your money and avoid this company!!!

I was waiting my order but I'm tired I waited my order 2 MONTHS !! Why I paid money for 5-7 days shipping ? And you are replying so late . 2 months passed you told me your order has been lost .. Why didnt you tell me before ? And you told me if you confirm we will resend again . I said okay I confirmed and I wrote please can you resend me . Probably they will reply my question 2 months later ...

Placed an order with Morphe and didn’t read the reviews beforehand, after seeing the reviews I was absolutely gutted as it was a birthday present for a friend and so many people had bad reviews about items not arriving / coming damaged etc. I placed an order 9 days ago , and it arrived this morning in perfect condition and couldn’t be happier (UK)

J'ai commandé depuis le 19/06, d'abord le suivis à commencé normalement puis bizarrement le colis a disparu de la circulation, ils m'ont dit qu'il est retourné à leur dépôt mais ne savent pas pourquoi. bizarre pourquoi un colis retournerai d'un coup sans raison ? Puis ils me proposent un remboursement ou une réexpédition j'ai demandé d'avoir mes achats MAIS bien-sur plus de réponse depuis, on est le 08/07 et toujours pas de nouvelles malgres mes nombreuses menaces de plaintes ! honteux nessiamakeup sur insta

I am beyond annoyed with this company-april i order an outfit for my daughter and still nothing-told me it shipped june 28 and still nothing. THEY dont respond to emails ,,, never again!! But they took the money real quick,,,,,sad very sad,,,,
