Hi James! That balance is something we really strive for. Simple enough that you don't need us, but right there when you do. So glad that came through and that everything went well! 🌍 ✈️ Happy travels, The eTourist Team

Knowing we needed to have this but having no other information I was skeptical about the site and information it requested until I received phone support while I was in the middle. They were exceptional in giving me the trust I needed to continue as well as making the process much more understandable.
Response from eTourist· Apr 29, 2026
Hi Sandee! Honestly, we think that initial skepticism is completely fair and we're so glad you stayed with us. Having someone with you on the phone in the middle of the process is exactly what we're here for. It means a lot that it made a difference. Thank you for giving us a chance! 🌍 ✈️ Happy travels, The eTourist Team

I was surprised at the high fee. had to take a 2nd day to get passport photographed correctly. but application went thru very well.

Hi Linda! We're so glad the application came through well in the end! The passport photo part catches a lot of people off guard, so sorry that added an extra day for you. We hear you on the fee too and we genuinely hope the smooth process made it feel worth it. We'd love to make the whole experience even better next time you travel! 🌍 ✈️ Happy travels, The eTourist Team

These people were extremely on the ball and helped with my limited computer skills. Would rate 5 stars!
