etaindia.org is not affiliated by Indian government or any other such organization. It only helps you to get your visa processed without any hurdles and tries its level best to get it approved in the aforesaid time. You can directly purchase your visa with the government website if you intend to do so.All travelers looking forward to travel to India under the Tourist Visa on Arrival Scheme are requested to carry the printout of their approved Electronic Travel Authorization sent through email by the Bureau of Immigration.Your Electronic Travel Authorization application when approved, establishes you to legally enter India under the Tourist Visa on Arrival Scheme of Government of India. Upon arrival in India, records would be examined by an Immigration Officer at the port of entry. Biometric Details (Photograph & Fingerprints) of the applicant shall be mandatorily captured at Immigration on arrival in India. Noncompliance to do so would lead to denial of entry into the Indian territory. A determination that you are not eligible for the Electronic Travel Authorization does not preclude you from applying for a visa in Indian Mission for travel to India. All the information provided by you, or on your behalf by any designated third party, must be true and correct. An Electronic Travel Authorization may be revoked at any time and for any reason, such as new information influencing eligibility. You may be subject to legal action if you make a materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation in an Electronic Travel Authorization application submitted by you.

If I could give 0 stars I would do so. This Company is one of many that offer E Visa Services on the web. It cleverly crafts its web page to look like the official site of the Indian Government. It's not. They act as agents and charge you circa £70 for a 30 day visa. The official Government site charges only £20. The Forms are pretty much the same. Make sure you find the official site at indianvisaonline.gov.in

Pensioner’s holiday of a lifetime ruined; 71 year old woman left distraught after travelling to Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport in April 2018 only to be immediately deported owing to problem with her ‘granted’ on-line e-visa. Weeks before travel, the e-visa was completed successfully on-line using this e-visa website. The e-visa was ‘granted’ and the necessary paper e-visa was e-mailed my mother before travel. After 12 hours of travel, and despite having no issues at the UK check-in for her Virgin Atlantic flight from London Heathrow Airport, she was turned away by Immigration at Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport border control as there was a ‘problem’ with her visa; she was told that she would be escorted immediately onto a return Virgin Atlantic flight to London. Distressed and financially out of pocket for the holiday, my mother investigated the problem with her visa on return to the UK. She discovered that, despite having lived in the UK for over 50 years, as British Subject of Irish origin she should not have been granted an online e-visa. How had she managed to travel all the way to India before this error was discovered? In good faith my mother used this website to process her visa, not realising that despite its decidedly similar appearance, it was not the official website recommended by the High Commission of India. This website claims as part of their value added service to re-check visa applications before final submission, asking for a copy of the passengers’ passport and charging an inflated fee for processing the e-visa at the time of application. The official website recommended by the High Commission of India will reject a visa application with this type of error. Therefore there was no concern when the official looking granted e-visa arrived in her mailbox days later. Etaindia.org have subsequently not responded two enquiries regarding the checks they perform before granting on-line e-visas. The moral of the story is PLEASE only to use official routes for your visa to India to avoid devastating emotional and financial consequence.

Warning Big Scammer Website, do not use!! You risk your credit card info. They even make their own fake reviews here. I blocked the payment. Be warned of Mr Amid the manager he is a complete fake con artist. A Delhi hiding thief. Once you paid, they are the biggest crooks hiding behind the phones. My visa card already warned me with a text message about their Indian high risk "razor" to pay the company, they claimed $135, then they actually charged $143, for a service that the Indian government makes for 100% free! My passports origin had a free visa country agreement. Contrary to the immediate phone calls I made with the fully unreliable staff and what is written on their website they don't refund it. Made over 20 calls. Use those real once instead: indianvisaonline.gov.in:visa:info

Thanks for review. I am in utmost grief for the inconvenience caused to you. In this regard, a team of senior officials was constituted. Our team has carefully gone through your review in depth and also seriously examined the database of the indiantouristvisa.org.in. After perusing the database, keeping in mind the review, it is revealed that you never applied for any type of VISA in our website i.e. http://www.etaindia.org/ and https://indiantouristvisa.org.in/ . A person generally gives his review after taking services from a company or an organization or a firm to express his experience about the services received by him, whether it is bad or good. It appears that you have written the above review without taking any service from our website or department. Hence, your reply towards our service appears to be absolutely wrong and baseless. After further consideration of your review, it has also been revealed that you might have taken VISA service from some other website i.e. http://www.indianetouristvisa.co.in/ which is almost similar to our website. I may inform you that we are not concerned with the said website. You might have gained confusion regarding our website and the other website i.e. http://www.indianetouristvisa.co.in/ as there is only one letter difference i.e. “e” between Indian & touristsvisa. It appears that you have a grievance in respect of website http://www.indianetouristvisa.co.in/. We have no concerned at all with your alleged complaint or grievance. I may further inform you that we receive payments of VISA Fee only through PayPal and except this, we do not receive any other mode of payment. The scam, as alleged by you, appears to have been committed by the officials of other website i.e. http://www.indianetouristvisa.co.in/ . Our website is 100 % genuine and is approved & registered by the concerned competent authority of India. You may read the review of our website in TrustPilot. Mr. schwanebach, You may be aware that we all are living in a Digital World where all the tasks are being performed digitally and everybody is connected socially through different websites. Only one wrong or baseless comment or review on any social networking site or any other site can lead any company or organization downwards. I heartedly hope that the afore-explained discussions have cleared all your doubts/complaint/grievance in respect of our website or department. It is therefore humbly requested to kindly go through this reply and delete your review as the same is not concerned with us.

I would like to thank you for your tremendous job, which you did for me. I have received my Indian E-Visa just in time to board my flight. With me, you have won a lifetime customer – I can promise this. I’ll contact you again when I need a further Visa for India. But next time, I’ll reach out to you a bit earlier. Thank you for your great support!

I received help from the wonderful staff for obtaining my Indian visa. I struggled to upload photos and they called me. They took my photos by email and did the uploads. I was having difficulty paying so they assisted me by sending me a link. I spoke to the wonderful Sandeep who answered my queries in an eloquent manner. Tanvi helped me complete the process. What excellent customer service. What a delightful experience. I am extremely grateful for the help thank you.
