I had a horrible experience with estee lauder

They had a fabulous product called 'Doublewear Light'. It was a foundation that gave good coverage, but looked really natural and hydrating. It cost about £35 when I last bought it. So as sometimes happens, they discontinued it. Phoned them up - they didn't have a reason for the discontinuation - suggested what I might use instead and then they directed me to a product that costs three times the price! Estee Lauder - you just destroy you brand equity, goodwill and credibility by behaving in this way. Just another faceless corporate who doesn't give a damn.

Bonjour, je suis très mécontente du service client France, je m'explique : j'ai commencé par les contactés par whatsapp, jamais eu de réponses. J'ai donc appelé le 15/03 on me dit pas de soucis nous allons prendre en charge le problème vous devez juste remplir les informations demandés par mail. Très bien, je remplis donc tout ce qu'ils me demandent. On me fait une réponse qui ne résout pas mon problème et qui ne correspond pas à ce que j'ai dit. Je répond donc à ce mail pour exprimer mon mécontentement. Plus de réponses ! Je rappelle donc au bout de 3 semaines on le dit oui on ne peux pas répondre à se mail ! Incroyable ! Je renvoie encore un mail à l'adresse initiale pas de réponses non plus !! Je re re re appel on me dit oui vôtre dossier est ouvert je vous recontacte dans la journée sans faute. Plus de réponses depuis une semaine... 🤯Quand on voit le prix de vos produits, l'image de luxe que vous vous donnez c'est quand même une honte d'avoir un service client à la ramasse , vous devriez être un exemple mais vous êtes à l'opposer d’Amazon. case12266861

Since I used the eyelash serum i got extreme headaches so i had to stop using it. I used the advanced night repair serum which i didn't see any change, it only made my skin moisturised and no repair signs for me. The advanced night repair eye gel-cream, i like the texture it feels nice and moisturised but again no sign of a ting repair. I had better experience with more affordable brands. but i really regret buying the eyelash serum, i only used it few times because it gave me extreme headaches and made my eye super puffy when i wake up.

I would give them 0 stars for the customer service, they absolutely don't care at all, I ordered online and my package I lost forever now, they gave me a false traking number, they are garbage, I will no longer buy or order anything from them, horrible service! People be aware!

Just received my order of foundation with a complimentary primer. The primer is awful. Makes my skin look so dry and foundation looks caky on top. Thank goodness it was free as it is going in the bin.

Abbiamo incontrato Anna Bronte, responsabile vendita di Esteè Lauder, da SEPHORA a Catania. Dire che è stata l’addetta vendite migliore che abbia mai incontrato nella mia vita sarebbe riduttivo! Anna è speciale, attenta ai tuoi bisogni, è stata professionale ma dolce allo stesso tempo, ha visto quello di cui avevo necessariamente bisogno nella mia routine e mi ha aiutata alla perfezione ma non in maniera “superficiale”, si vede che ci mette tutta se stessa in quello che fa con passione professionalità e UMANITÀ, e che quello che vuole non è vendere il prodotto ma vederti uscire felice, e oggi da quel SEPHORA, a 10 giorni dalla mia laurea, con tutta una routine costruita apposta per quel giorno di skincare e make up (con Anna attenta alle mie esigenze di una pelle particolare) sono uscita LETTERALMENTE commossa, dall’aver trovato dell autentica gentilezza in questo mondo, grazie ANNA BRONTE PER AVERCI FATTO SENTIRE SPECIALI solo con la semplicità, senza fronzoli, ormai in questa società consumista è proprio come un cliente dorrebbe sentirsi, considerato come persona, e non come un “portafogli”, dovrebbero essere tutte come te! Un bacio Anna! Spero che farai strada! Siamo la figlia e la mamma

I never recieved the product I ordered online. I have been calling every other day for over 2 weeks but all I get are false promises.
