I’ve ordered numerous times from this business. While their products are trusted, their customer service department is extremely slowwww. Trying to get an issue resolved takes weeks of constant emailing with limited responses.

This company took my money and then didn’t send me the product. They have ignored my emails for over a week now and STOLE over $200.00 from me! BEWARE!!

However, we would like to clarify the facts regarding your case to ensure transparency for both you and others reading this. Your original payment was received on April 26th, but unfortunately, the amount was incomplete, which prevented us from processing your order immediately. We reached out to notify you of the issue, and the remaining balance was received on April 30th. Shortly thereafter, our operations were affected by a series of national holidays in South Korea (May 1st, 5th–6th, 4th and 3rd being weekend), which were publicly posted on our website in advance. These delays also impacted our email response time, for which we sincerely apologize. Once your full payment was confirmed and the holiday period concluded, your order was shipped promptly, and we’re pleased to confirm that it has since been successfully delivered, as verified by the courier. We take accusations like “theft” very seriously, and while we fully respect your right to express dissatisfaction, we kindly ask that public comments remain factual and fair.
