Had problems with the phone customer support with they seemed to fix. The main reason is that it would effect someone I have been in contact with through email. Her name is Jade and she has gone above and beyond helping me.

I am looking forward to my wife and I sharing our experiences on our new Eskute Eskute Pro 300 Trikes. I purchase her trike for her birthday. She loved it and I liked it so well. So, I purchased one for myself. I had emailed Eskute about a promo offer and Jill responded back promptly the next day. Although, I wasn't able to use the promo, Jill kindly offered me a cover for our trikes. That helped seal the deal on my second purchase. Thank you Jill for your quick response and friendly customer service. I have been very happy so far with my experience with Eskute and it's customer service. Again, thank you Jill for your product offerings, friendliness, and quick response. Have a great day. Mike Raney.

I have to be honest, I was wishy washy when pulling the trigger. And they were kind and supportive with my indecision. But now that I’ve got it I LOVE it. As soon as we unloaded it from the truck to ride, we got compliments. I waited long enough to choose and don’t regret it.

The Customer Service was great - quick to respond to my emails, polite and helpful. It took a bit to get my receipt which I was glad to print up and have. I am very comfortable on the Trike, it's sturdy with a comfortable seat - I like the back on the seat as well.
