The customer service is extraordinary—if I could, I’d give it 10 stars! Simon is truly exceptional. I’ve worked as a quality manager for practically my entire life, and I can confirm that this is exceptional service! This is really the way to make a customer happy!!! Since I’d been waiting for my bikes for a month, I received compensation. WOW! He didn’t have to do that, but it’s that little extra touch that means we can’t say anything but good things about Eskute (and especially Simon’s kindness)! Plus, when I opened my box, I found a dammaged tire and inner tube. Without being able to tell if I’d damaged them or if they’d arrived that way, Simon didn’t hesitate for a second—he’s going to send me a new tire with a tube! Once again, WOW, what service—thank you, Simon. Many companies would do well to follow Eskute’s example when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend Eskute to everyone! A very happy customer!

I ordered a trike & it arrived wi a bent axle. The company had me return the battery & sent me a new trike within 2 weeks. The customer service throughout was top notch. I am riding my trike & getting used to the power of it.
