When I first signed up for the service a year ago, it worked perfectly fine now it does not work when I go out in public needing the data service and I’m confused why I need to start looking for another service to replace this one because it’s not working

Me and my family purchased unlimited eSIM for 10 days to be used in Scotland.. the problem is that the internet is very slow even with good signal. Note that the issue is from day one so no fair policy is activated. The support people was not helpful so that I shift to other eSIM provider

Municorn (eSim) sell an expensive "global" product which is not global. No coverage in south Caucaus countries (Georgia, Armemia or Azerbaijan) or Turkmenistan. Unwilling to refund or extend expiry date. Avoid this product if travelling the Silk Road!
