Don't deserve even 1 star Order over 6 months a puzzle Didn't get anything

Be very very very careful - THEY GO UNDER THE NAME of Jeffpuzzle.com aswell, plus other names. A scam outfit - never receive items - I have contacted trading standards and found out their premises are based in singapore. I have informed the fraud squad here in the UK and Singapore - I work for the police.

Same story. I ordered two puzzles and paid in advance, but never received them. I sent them four e-mails about it and asked them to return the money if they are unable to deliver. This never happened. Finally after 4 months they blocked my e-mail address so that I cannot contact them anymore.

Paid for a puzzle, never received anything. They keep promising to ship. After 4 months I have to believe this company is a scam. WARNING! Stay Away!

never received order. unable to track order. every time I send an email I get the same response "we're working on it" I've requested a refund but haven't received it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. SAME AS LOTS OF OTHER REVIEWS, I ORDERED IN DECEMBER EMAIL SAID ITEM DELIVERED, IT WAS NOT, BEEN ASKING FOR 4 MONTHS FOR A REFUND. HAVE GOT NOWHERE. DO NOT LET THESE SCAMMERS GET THEIR HANDS ON YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!

Would give a zero but no option. Ordered back in October. No product and says was delivered to a city over 500kms away!! They refuse to refund me. SCAM SCAM SCAM BUYER BEEARE!!

Actually, I give this review a 0 star out of 10. Ordered the puzzle in November for a Christmas gift...long story short, read other reviews.. "delivered product" 500 miles away, and since then, the warehouse has been working to process the order. It has been 5 months and still nothing! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
