I've been working with Pat, Marcos, Spencer and all the Equify team for many years and always found them best in class for professionalism, Integrity and ultimately delivery of their financial services. They know machinery and understand the Industry. I'd recommend them anytime.

Jason was very helpful throughout the entire process. It really felt like he cares for my benefit, and I couldn't be happier to have him. He made the process smooth, while also communicating to me exactly what I wanted and needed to know

Big shot out and huge thank you @ Jason with Equify Lending! With his expertise, Jason made our dreams a reality and we were able to move into a brand new home @ O.C. recently. Jason is extremely sharp, financially savvy and super EASY to work with. He is also very clear, concise and responsive to all of our requests. We can genuinely say this whole process was seamless from start to finish. We are beyond grateful. Thank you so much for everything! If you are looking for a trustworthy lender, we would highly recommend Jason with Equify Lending!

I was referred to Jason through my beautiful girlfriend Julie, who is amazing, and I quickly found out that Jason is a superior lender. I had two other lender's before I met Jason and I was hesitant at first to fit a third one in my home buying process. After the first night with speaking to Jason, I was ready to ghost the other two. Jason was super helpful and is very knowledgeable. I always felt like a priority, and I never felt any pressure to do something that I wasn't comfortable with. I was always surprised at how quick Jason worked. There were many late work nights that Jason had to insure I was able to get my home purchased as quickly as possible. I appreciate all the effort and thoroughness of the process. I will be using Jason for all my lending needs for as long as he is around. Thanks Jason!

My friend referred me to Jason Wang at Equify Lending. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. I got a great rate on my loan and am officially a homeowner again. The homebuying process can be stressful and overwhelming but Jason was always available if I had any questions and always took the time to explain everything to me.

We were referred to Jason through our real estate agent and we would not have a house without his help. Him and his team worked tirelessly around the clock (literally taking calls late at 10PM at night or 6AM in the morning) to secure the paperwork and push through a complex mortgage loan. From start to finish, Jason was professional, communicative, clearly explained the in’s and out’s of the process, and ended up being more cost effective than any online lenders or banks we spoke with directly. He helped us purchase our dream home in Orange County, California, and if you’re lucky enough to access his services in California, Colorado, or Massachusetts, definitely get an initial consultation and you’ll be happy you did!

Hands down one of the best decision I made in starting my journey as a first time homeowner. Jason was knowledgeable, excellent work ethic, and very thorough in explaining every single thing to avoid any surprises. He would go over all the details and strategy for different scenarios to make sure any concerns you have is covered. Jason and his team are highly recommended. I'd use him and his team again if I'm back in the market.

I would highly recommend working with Equify Lending and, more specifically, with Jason Wang. Jason recently helped me with a time-sensitive refinancing. He was incredibly responsive, easy to work with, thorough, and helped me lock in a very favorable rate. He was a consummate professional and I would work with him again in a heartbeat if I needed to refinance again.
