Jessica was a huge help setting up my email. Very knowledgeable. I would have given 5 stars, but my previous two calls (with the same question) with someone other than Jessica were not helpful at all.

A free speech web hosting and domain name platform that does not engage in politics, just looks after its customers. I had a problem with a Bitcoin payment for a domain transfer. Epik's customer care (Jessica) was excellent and really took charge of my issue. She resolved it to my satisfaction in a timely manner and my domain transfer has been completed without further hiccup. I can highly recommend Epik from my personal experience.

So it's Tuesday morning and I can't seem to get a return call from my go-to internet guy and I have a window on a marketing website design. Got the domain, picked the hosting package, loaded up the WordPress site, called tech support, locked it down, had my website up in 8 hours from idea to interwebs. Love this company.

Just moved my two websites off of GoDaddy after using their registration and hosting for nearly 14 years. Stifling free speech and expression doesn't earn my dollar in the marketplace of ideas. The transfer couldn't be easier, and just finished setting up my new hosting and email.

With cancel culture running rampant and censorship by private companies on the rise, I have moved my domain to Epik where there is every expectation I won't be de-platformed for my religious or political beliefs. Their chat service helped me to find my authorization code to transfer and go through the process. It was easy, even for a non-techie like me!!

Very pleasant experience with Epik escrows. The service worked fast and seamless without issues. The customer service was very quick to address any open questions, and they also respond on weekends. Combined with the competitive fees on escrow, a top-notch offering.
