Quick service. Outstandingly product. Purchased three jute ropes with wall brackets for our restaurant crowd managing. The live chat was super helpful. The jute ropes are beautiful! Very happy with my purchase!

I ordered 6 stanchions however one box arrived broken with one stanchion and base missing. I emailed photographic evidence and customer service promptly responded and mailed a replacement. Well done, thank you!

Personal and efficient! Followed up immediately when there was a delay to find out if this would still work for us or if we needed to make changes. Got emails updating me every step of the way.
