The package arrived promptly, however 2 of the devices (out of the six I have used), failed to ignight. I still have approx 8 left I believe and am hoping the all work properly. Have ordered and used these in the past with no issues.

I tried to find out when my product was to arrive and I never received an answer. I did receive it and I'm very happy with it.

They didn't fit.I called and talked to a girl and thought they would work but would not fit. To costly to send them back due to restocking fees and shipping fees. I'm stuck with $128 that will sit in my garage for ever.

Design and dimensions not exactly as shown online. We will need to cut down the sleeve that supports the manhole cover.

The first part I received was dirty and broken. They promptly sent out a replacement, which was In excellent condition. They followed through on the customer service.

Order was not processed in a timely manner. Had to call three times to find out what was holding up the order. Someone in shipping did not process order when it arrive and it just sat there

Purchased $500 worth of well caps Enviro Design products. However, I asked to return eight 4-inch caps because they were not needed but they would not allow the return of the caps. Probably will not order from them again because of the no return policy. There are other suppliers that carry the same brand item.
