DO NOT ORDER FROM ENVELOPES.COM
DO NOT ORDER FROM ENVELOPES.COM. We ordered 5.75-inch square envelopes; they shipped us envelopes labeled correctly but measuring 5.5-inches, making them completely unusable. When we reached out to customer service, we were told to wait 48-72 hours just for them to begin their process, only to be subjected to multiple review levels and demands for photos. After all that wasted time, they still refused a refund for their clear error, even though we covered the return shipping! This company makes critical mistakes, provides zero effective support, and will not refund you for their errors. AVOID ENVELOPES.COM at all costs!

Hello Connor, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced, especially when you were counting on a specific envelope size for your project. This is not the experience we want for any of our customers. I would really appreciate the opportunity to review this further and see what we can do to make this right. The situation you’ve described absolutely warrants a closer look. When you have a moment, please send your order details to [email protected] so our team can thoroughly investigate this for you. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want to ensure your concerns are fully heard and addressed. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we hope we’ll have the chance to turn this experience around for you. Warm regards, Elizabeth Customer Support Manager

My experience has been great because I enjoy using your products!
My experience has been great because I love your products. I have no issues when I place an order. I have been using the JAM Plastics for several years now and they are very reliable and useful. Our company particularly likes using your plastic poly sheets.

Gadfly Note Cards depends on envelopes.com!
My business is GadlyNoteCards... I've been printing note cards for over 15 years and my go to supplier has been Envelopes.com. They always have the size, color and weight that I need, and often run sales which I am always glad to take advantage of. I have been using this company for many years and recommend them to anyone that needs envelopes in many sizes.
