Wonderful option that saves quite a bit of money! They provide the signage and listings, and you get contacted by prospective buyers and/or buyer agents to see your house/condo. Very simple to use!

When I had put my home on a website as "upcoming" with no listed real estate agent I was getting several calls per day for weeks from agents looking get my business. Jason was one of those callers, however, his frank politeness and to the point talk gave me the impression he wasn't a bottom-feeder agent, and the mention of his FSBO services. So, I gave him a call and he politely answered all my questions, there were probably a few follow-ups as well, but in the end I signed up for EntryOnly.com and the process with him and his staff was very smooth and easier than I feared for a first-time FSBO. I had two offers for my home for $20k over asking 3 days after I started accepting offers(only 1 weekend of open house), and closed on one of those.
