Good communication and item arrived quickly and exactly as described!

The good: the product arrived as ordered and the continual package tracking notices were VERY helpful, providing confidence the package was coming and where it was in it's journey. More Good: I got an email for the order that makes it easy to reach customer service. Smartly conceived The bad: the product arrived without instructions. It is a tool that requires proper use and can be dangerous, so clear instructions are necessary. I wrote and asked to receive instructions via email or a link. I got a quick response (good) but there were no meaningful instructions (bad). I have responded an am awaiting an answer. Edit. After 3 days I received written instructions via email. I'm raising to 4 stars from 3 accounting for bonus points for attentive customer support follow through.

TOO MANY NOTICES OF SHIPMENT, THE LONG DELIVERY TIME, NOT HAVING FOREIGN SHIPPING NAME PRIOR TO BUYING, INSCRIPTION IS UNBELIEVABLELY SMALL, NEEDED GLASSES TO READ ITAND MY 14 AND 17 YEAR OLDS DON'T WEAR GLASSES.

The item is very well made and does the job very well of keeping hair out of eyes and makes hair look good. Came very quickly only down side was I thought I was getting 2 not just the one

This company it’s scammer!!! Don’t buy nothing from this service, because you lost your money, if you won’t return your order, company offers a very small 2 - 5 £ amount of compensation instead of a full refund!!!The quality is very bad and very cheap! You shouldn’t buy from these scammers!!!

I ordered something from them by mistake and tried to cancel it straight away but they didn’t accept my request. In the meantime they have advised me that some of the goods are not available and will not agree to cancel and refund me
