The customer service is EXCELLENT
The customer service is EXCELLENT ! The reps are very patient with their explanations and understanding of the situation I described to them. The only small criticism is that in past years, I was always able to reach a representative by phone and I enjoyed those conversations much more then just through email. I found two phone numbers for Enchroma and I have not been able to reach a representative on either line although I have tried multiple multiple times. Any way you can correct that?

The service and timing were just fine
The service and timing were just fine. The glasses really only helped very marginally. If I were concerned about money I'd return them.

Where is my purchase ???
I emailed you about the address 3 times and still I did not receive the package ! Where r my glasses. In my last email I gave u the exact adress.

Very easy to navigate the testing/…
Very easy to navigate the testing/ purchasing process. Glasses were somehow less effective than the initial pair I purchased and I’m not sure why.

Still waiting for customer service
I received the two pairs I ordered. I had an issue. I sent an email to enchroma. They sent an email back saying someone will contact me. That didn’t happen. Three days later I sent another email letting them know no one contacted me yet to discuss my problem. Still waiting….not good, customer service.
