For the past 4 years, I have been using Enago for my editings needs, and I hope to keep this relationship for the future. I have been working with Enago for years, but I am tired of their inconsistent pricing policies and very poor customer services. As a result, I have decided to end my collaboration with them and will no longer be recommending their services to my colleagues and students.
