E-Mail with Tracking not received. When called said item would arrive in 2 more days..NOT TRUE! Item mailed that day of inquiry. When I called again I discovered I was given false shipping date, got item 3 days later. Item received was NEW condition as advertised.

The items (Xbox controllers) were a good price and shipped quickly, but the packaging on each controller was clearly damaged and shipped with very poor protection. Both the controllers were simply put in a standard thin-air bubble envelope with nothing to hold them in place or prevent impact damage. I'm giving them as gifts so I don't have time to return, just hoping the controllers themselves are not damaged.

It took 5 days after I ordered to ship the printer and another 4 days to arrive. Unless it is backordered, I assume that it will be shipped within 24 hours. Tried emailing-no response. Had to have a neighbor check on it while I was gone. You are a printing company, not Etsy so I wrongly believed it would be in stock and delivered in a timely fashion. Back to Amazon............

We're sorry about your experience you had, This order came in Thursday night and was shipped on Monday as we usually need 24 hours to ship, We tried to reply in a timely manner, unfortunately our receptionist missed the task that was assigned to her, We have taken steps to assure this doesn't happen again in the future,

When checking out, I got the error "server error, try again." After several tries, I called the number for their sales dept - they just answer the phone "Hello?" instead of identifying themselves. Transferred me to someone who wasn't available and I wound up in their voicemail. Used their online chat, they suggested to try the Paypal checkout. That ended with an "Order could not be placed" error - but the chat agent says the order went through. Very sketchy - won't be shopping here again.
