There's a general slowness on the platform and sometimes images are not rendering in the previews.

We are sorry that you experienced slowness when processing a test. This is not normal, but can usually be fixed easily by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If you provide them with the test name and HTML, they can help identify the cause for any delays.

Always a relief to know what our emails look like on multiple platforms/OS. Would be great if there were suggestions on how to adjust the HTML code when the design looks different on certain OS (e.g. iphone X) though.

If you send more than one email to EoM "simultaneously", which seems to mean within the same second, it intermixes them, showing different emails for different rendered platforms, or no render (perpetual spinning circle) for some platforms. EoM said that I have to send the emails separately (by which, I think they mean take longer between emails.) That doesn't help me at all.

You are correct that at this time emails need to be received one at a time, at least one second apart and we are sorry that this isn’t quite how you want it to work right now. Originally, this was how our users best worked with the system. We have, however, heard feedback that people have changed how they prefer to send their emails at many businesses, and we have listened! We have prioritized getting this updated one client at a time, and when we are finished upgrading all of our services we will post a notification within the account to let you know.

The system is a MUST to check emails in multiple browsers. Their pricing is affordable and the offerings are on par with competitors. Do find that troubleshooting one email does require creating new projects so I wish there was a better way to keep track of a template without new tests over and over.

While my company has had an Email on Acid subscription for a while now, this is my first time using it and I love it! The ability to fully QA my emails and ensure that the product going out to our database is optimized, accessible, and completely tested gives me confidence in our deliveries. The step-by-step guide for campaign testing is so user friendly that I learned while testing an upcoming email send. I would recommend this tool to anyone in need of a robust, reliable email testing process, and I'm excited to check out the Analytics options next!
