Customer service was difficult to get through to and kinda gave me the run around. but as for the product itself, it's exactly what I ordered and I couldn't be happier with it. If Customer service was better you would of gotten the extra star.

Definitely like it makes a huge difference my on complaint is how it straps to the seat but over a very good product

Shipment was in two different packages and two different shippers. I wasn t told that . It was very hard to get in touch with anybody. Got 1st package in two days and 2nd package in four days. Shipping was great customer serv ice could be better.. we got everything worked out and that s what counts..

These guys took great care of me and my truck. I called a place that didn't work on .diesels and they recommended Roscoe and Western. I went in kind of last minute, they fixed my problem, were very affordable, and gave me tips for continuing maintenance. They keep digital records, including photos, of the trucks they maintain. I drive from southern Mexico to Chicago every year and will be going to Roscoe and Western next year when I come back.

Everything went great except for the packaging. The package was torn open. Luckily all of the parts were still in what was left of the package.
