Horrible customer service. PayPal grabbed an old address and I contacted them immediately after. They responded with. Sorry once ordere are submitted they are sent to shipping department so we can't change anything. Seems like they should have access to cancel or edit. Makes no sense. So now I just lost my money since I can't get the products I ordered. Their support is very very bad. Don't recommend buying from them.

Review of e.l.f. Tinted Lip Gloss I’ve been using e.l.f. products for over a year and have always appreciated their focus on quality, affordability, and hypoallergenic ingredients. I’ve generally had great experiences, which made me feel confident in trying their Tinted Lip Gloss. Unfortunately, this product caused a severe allergic reaction for me. At first, I wasn’t sure the lip gloss was the issue, as I’ve never had problems with other e.l.f. products. But after using it, I experienced significant swelling and irritation, which required medical treatment from my GP. Managing the reaction was tough, as I had to stop using all skincare products to prevent the inflammation from worsening. As someone with atopic eczema and highly sensitive skin, it was disappointing to learn that some ingredients in this product might trigger issues for people with similar conditions. I think it would be helpful if e.l.f. added clearer labels to indicate which products are safe for sensitive or eczema-prone skin. This would make it easier for customers to make informed choices. I also sent an email to the CEO and e.l.f. customer service about my experience and concerns but never received any acknowledgment. I am highly disappointed by the lack of response—it made me feel that my feedback wasn’t valued. I’ve also noticed others on social media, like TikTok, sharing similar experiences with certain e.l.f. products. While I’ve managed my reaction with medical support and don’t plan to take further action, I hope the brand takes feedback like this seriously and reviews their formulas and labeling. I still like e.l.f. as a brand, and this experience won’t stop me from using their other products. However, I really hope they improve communication and take steps to ensure their products are safer for all skin types, especially for those of us with sensitive skin.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I placed an order to be sent an empty package with just a returns label and a list of what should have been in the package. I’ve made complaint after complaint via email and all the response I’ve had is that they are apologise and will resend the items. I still haven’t had an email to say the items have been resent. The service is absolutely shocking. I’m so disappointed as I’ve never had troubles ordering with them before. So currently they have nearly £40 of my money and nothing has been sent.

Impossible to change the location on the website, I've tried multiple times for weeks and talking to the costumer service hasn’t changed a thing. I'm very disappointed, as I was looking forward to place my next order.

This is a fantastic service from E.L.F. Cosmetics. I placed my order on 7/09/2024. This was last Saturday. I did not expect anything to move until Monday, but I received an order confirmation and dispatch confirmation that my order was shipped on the same day. After reading some negative reviews (after I placed my order), I was a little bit nervous and emailed customer service regarding the order status. The email team replied within one day and advised me to wait a few days for the status to change. The order status was updated on 10/09/2024, advising me that that the order was in transit. I then received a delivery confirmation from An Post, our local Irish courier, that my order was out for delivery today. I received it this morning. Everything was perfect. The items were packaged very well in a padded bag. The shades were correct. I am very happy with the service and will certainly order again. Thank you E.L.F!
