Item was shipped dirty with stains on the outer packaging. It did arrive promptly but the spilled coffee on it was gross.

Beautiful hair durable, super fast shipping, I am very happy with the color, density and fit.

Item I wanted was listed as in stock. Shipping label was made. Order was canceled without any communication to me why. I reached out asking why and was told item was out of stock and I'll see a refund. Communication back to a customer before they reach out would be more appreciated instead of the wait.

I have never recieved my order yet and paid by my credit card. Elevate Styles evidently do not have this wig and keep giving me different shipping time line. Very poor service.

Great price for good quality wigs but I ordered a wig in the color honey mustard. The picture shown was a beautiful blonde color with shimmering gold flecks. The actual color I received was orange. I definitely can't wear this wig and based on return policy for clearance items I am unable to return the wig. I have shopped at elevate styles for many years and have never been disappointed. The other wigs I purchased were beautiful. I just wish I could say the same for Mrs. Honey Mustard.
