As much as I love this company i’ll have to give 2 stars this time around. When my item arrived it was incorrect, not at all the color that I ordered: I ordered a #2 brown color. However I was sent a #1 the same exact item I ordered on a previous purchase. At this moment I am not pleased for noone has returned my calls nor replied to my email on replacing my item with what I did order. Mind you the item that I ordered is now no longer available and I feel like what they did was just gave me anything.

My review is in regards to the wig I purchased from ElevateStyles. The wig was called “ Ada” and it is a bun with bangs. I saw it on a wig review on YouTube however the wig I received was Nothing like the one on YouTube! The bun was ok but the bang was terrible! The bang was tissue paper thin and so short it didn’t even reach the middle of my forehead! I’m returning it Asap!!!

Elevate style shipping is fast I always get my items fast I've done 3 review's on the Units i purchased.

I got my shipment today however my order was incorrect. Now I have to wait till Monday to talk to someone.

I have yet came across a proficient company such as Elevated styles. I ordered a wig that was damaged by the post office and the customer service I received was above and beyond. They not only felt apologetic they replaced my order. I referred family and friends because of how great they're customer service is. Coming from Canada they are the best. Thank you ES!
