Love the hair

Loved my wig , but one arrived faulty they told me I can return but I chose to keep it

After I placed the order, I tried calling the customer service and they don’t answer the phone, I tried txt them and they don’t answer even the txt messages, I email them and they don’t answer my email! Also I tried tracking my order online and there is no clear message on the tracking number! It’s sounds bad customer service, would ever again spend any penny order from ElevateStyles, period!

There were no length descriptions and I went ordered with hope that the cap would fit. I have a med/large head in terms of the cap size, for it to be comfortable and the wig had to be a small. But my problem is, most of the review were saying that the cap was a med/large size. So something is obviously inconsistent when it comes to that. The hair itself was ok. And the lace was rather thick. Lastly, the faux scalp was a no go. I have definitely seen better that that. I am returning the wig and honestly, I was disappointed bc my friends wig cam out cute. Her wig went past her waist and down to her lower back. My wig came right past my boob. Talk about heart break.

After my order was shipped it arrived a few days later. I reached out to customer service with a question and had an answer later on that day. Excellent customer service..and I am already in love with my wigs

I ordered 5 packs of a certain style but while scrolling I came across another style. I paid for both and wanted to cancel the first order, customer service was great and no hassle at all. Delivery was longer than I'd hoped but I understand. I am a customer for life.
