Serves is serves but shipping was fast

I purchased butterfly locs. The packs were very small compared to other companies. There were only 12 strands per a pack which is skimpy for the price. The butterfly loops were huge and not at all like the pictures on the website. Overall, the 2 stars were because the shipping was fast. Which it should be since shipping it $10 regardless of how I spent over $100

Got it in a timely fashion

Elevate Styles offers quite a good range though, at the moment, many of the styles I like are out of stock. But they told me recently to let them know when something is out of stock and they'll try to get it. Their prices are fair and acknowledgement of orders and payments prompt. Communication very good. I recently ordered the wrong models and yet they cancelled the order for me and there was an immediate refund. They've never sent the wrong wig or wrong colour like some companies I've used. Very happy, five stars.

Terrible .... I went to brush the hair and the entire wig split in half... I’ve NEVER seen anything like that before... Even if it’s synthetic... I’m too mad.. I really wanted to wear it too... A waste of my money...😭😭😭😭😭
