First time ordering from you And I'm not disappointed at all

I always get my order withing a few days and the packaging is always pristine. I am a bit upset that some styles that I've purchased in the past are no longer available but I'm sure that's due to supply and demand. I'm very happy with Elevate Styles. The prices are super reasonable and sales are non-stop!

While the packages arrives quicker than expected, and the wig quality so far seems to be great, the ppl that work on the customer service side are rude. They're actually the reason why I don't make bigger purchases. I actually just use this site as my backup.

What a waste of time. I got the completely wrong color delivered. After they took of one pack from my invoice because they didn’t have enough of that color. I didn’t even get that color!!! I ordered OM/LVD and I received OM/OLV So I ordered ombré lavender and got green! Makes me afraid to order from here again since there’s a chance it May happens again. On top of that, no one is answering my emails or reviews!!!

My wigs arrived very quickly they were packaged neatly and all in all I am satisfied with the way they look and the way they fit. Good service Elevate Style I shall be buying again.
