Made an appointment, payment was made and I never received any follow up, no confirmation, no instructions, but the money was taken out of my account within the hour. Called back into the support line when the appointment time expired. Agent explained the for some unknown reason the appointment was not registered in the system. Agent rescheduled the me for later the same day and made sure that the instruction and confirmation email made it to my inbox. I made the appointment and was finished in under 10 minutes.
