Delivery took longer than expected and no communication about delivery until it came. I was disappointed in the small serenity bell bc it hardly makes any sound. The large one is good

Beautiful sound. Disappointed as I thought they would be larger, especially the smaller one

It was delivered timely and I love it should have gotten two instead!!

I do believe I received the small version of the resonance bell as opposed to the large which is what I ordered. It is extremely light weight and I was expecting a heavier item from the description given. I will hang it and see if it performs but have my doubts. At this point, very disappointed but will update review if it produces the deep sound promised. Shipping was extremely slow & I had given up on receiving when it was finally delivered. Wasn’t clearly advertised as being a product frim China or I might have foregone the order all together.

I can't rate anything yet. I haven't received my order yet of the large chime. Please advise on status. Thank You

It took almost a month to arrive

THIS IS THE SMALLEST CHIME FOR THE MONEY!!! IT IS ALSO SO QUIET IT IS HARD TO HEAR! DON'T BUY THIS!!!
