I was skeptical of the site because Google had some reviews that said it was a Scam. I took the chance and am so glad I did. My son loves his divine glasses. Exactly what we were looking for. Light, flexible and green! He wears them all the time and is pretty rough on them. I would recommend them and we will definitely buy from EFE again. Thanks!

The frame I purchases didn't allow for progressive lenses. I missed this and ordered. When I asked about return, they offered $39 on a $120 pair. After back and forth, they offered a discount for another pair. The glasses sent are NOT the glasses ordered. No recourse. Wasted $200. Terrrible

I was about to order prescription glasses for a total of $100 dollars, but noticed that they were trying to charge me taxes, when in New York, prescription glasses are tax exempt, regardless of whether you purchase them in store or online, so I contacted these guys. They have a customer service and a pr email, but, lo and behold, they DO NOT WORK, emails get bounced back. And they don't have any number. This is CLEARLY some scam. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM. Which company does not have a customer service phone number or a chat and their emails don't exist? And their "about us" has no info, no location, no company, no country. If you don't trust me, just try and send them an email to them, which you can find on their site efeglasses.com under contact-us (I am not allowed to write emails or urls here, but you can find it yourselves).

I bought 2 pair of glasses and was completely satisfied. I ordered a 3rd pair and when I got them there is a blurry vertical line going from top to bottom of the left lenses. I emailed them to get them replaced or money back and answer was my email couldn't be delivered. How convenient. I resent the email but I'm sure we will get the same response. Very disappointed with efe.

Waited 7 weeks and had to have a refund in the end. Two emails sent to customer services and two responses received what appeared to be generic replies. "Problem with quality of final product, being remade, to be dispatched within 3 to 5 days". Of course nothing appeared. Refund was quick I have to admit.
