Could not cancel my eFax
I emailed to ask to cancel my eFax account and got a respond 1 day later asking me to go to a '/cancel webpage' from 6am to 6pm Pacific time. The webpage only went into their main page. I called the Singapore number at 7.45am and 8.05am Pacific time and the respond was it was out of working hours.

Awful
Awful. Incredibly difficult to cancel your subscription. Even when you cancel, they still charge you. Do not trust.

Ignored my request to cancel
Took out a free trial in March and emailed them to cancel it as I decided I wouldn't be using it. They refused to cancel my account unless I could telephone them. I explained in return email that I am disabled and unable to use a phone. They did not respond and to date have continued to debit my bank account. I find it odd that there is no other method to cancel other than to call. As a disabled person I find this inaccessible and it meant I continued to be charged. *Company have refunded since this review was posted but asked that I remove content they disagreed with even though it was my experience. DO NOT have this review removed. It is bonafide and truthful. I still have my emails.

Shambles of a company
Shambles of a company. Firstly didn’t work for what I required. Therefore tried to cancel. No one answers the phone. I send an email. 3 days for a response to say call. I repeatedly call the loyalty team. On hold and then a message saying to busy and cut off. Fraudulent not enabling a customer to cancel! AVOID

Impossible to cancel
Impossible to cancel - unless you have a day or two to waste calling the various numbers and mailing the numerous address

An absolute disgrace.
Awful. Do NOT bother. Refusing to cancel my subscription, I've been charged 3 times since my trial as they will not cancel it. They're fobbing me off and asking me to give out my card details via the online chat as they "can't locate my account." I am reporting them and their site, please do not waste your time with them. I have never even used the service, and I will not be happy until it is cancelled and I receive a refund.

Service cancellation request was simply ignored until my negative review
My experience with this company made me doubt whether they comply with GDPR rules. There is no online way to cancel the service or revoke the credit card information. As a consequence, I sent four emails within two weeks (friendly, but with increasing urgency) to their help email address, without getting a response. I also called a phone number mentioned on their site, and then was given another phone number to call explicitly for cancelling. I called that other number several times and waited for minutes, until I was simply cut off without anyone answering. Only after I had gone "public" here did someone from the company email me, saying they were sorry and would cancel the service and remove my account as requested. They also emphasized being fully GDPR compliant.

Poor Experience With Cancellation Policy
Their service is slow, their user interface is outdated and it is unfortunately quite difficult to cancel. I've requested multiple times to cancel but they instead add barriers. You can not cancel online through your account, but instead, have to negotiate with an agent.
