The site allows you to complete…
The site allows you to complete documents necessary for importing products from overseas. However, the overall big picture of what is needed and a detailed explanation of how it all fits together is lacking, so it feels like endless paperwork with the added bonus of additional fees.

Dear Benjamin, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you felt the app was missing a detailed explanation and we'll look into this. As for the fees, since your shipment is considered Formal, you had to purchase a bond for the filing. If you're importing regularly, we strongly recommend purchasing a continuous bond that can be used for all your ISF and Entry Summary filings for 12 months.
