Scammers! Sells you a one month course then charges you the double fees after! Very misleading ad! Beware!
Response from Educly AI App· Oct 23, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your frustration regarding the subscription charges. We would like to clarify that EDUCLY operates on a recurring monthly subscription model, rather than a one-time course purchase. Information regarding subscription fees, automatic renewals, and applicable billing conditions is provided during checkout and outlined in our Terms and Conditions. The initial purchase may include a promotional discount, while subsequent renewals are charged at the standard subscription rate disclosed during the purchasing process. This difference does not represent an unauthorized charge, but rather the billing conditions associated with the selected subscription. We understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating, and we take concerns about billing transparency seriously. Our goal is to ensure that every customer clearly understands the subscription terms before completing a purchase. You can review our Subscription Terms here: https://educly.app/termos-assinatura If you believe you were charged incorrectly or would like assistance reviewing your subscription, please contact our support team at [email protected]. We will be happy to investigate your specific situation and clarify any charges. Best regards, EDUCLY Team

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed — Unauthorized Charges and a Serious Loss of Trust I am extremely disappointed with Educly. I discovered charges on my Apple payment method that I did not expect or authorize, and I have already reported the issue. It is unacceptable to have to worry about unexpected charges on your own payment method. Customers deserve transparency, clear billing practices, and a simple way to resolve payment disputes. This experience has caused me unnecessary stress and completely damaged my trust in this company. I am asking Educly to investigate these charges, explain exactly what I am being charged for, and issue a full refund for any unauthorized charges. I strongly encourage other consumers to carefully review their subscriptions, monitor their Apple payment history, and check their statements for unexpected charges. Until this issue is properly resolved, I cannot recommend Educly. Customers deserve better than this experience. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and makes things right.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with EDUCLY. We would like to clarify that EDUCLY is fully transparent about its subscription and billing conditions. Information regarding recurring monthly payments, automatic renewals, and applicable charges is clearly presented during checkout, in our Terms and Conditions, and in the communications sent after purchase. These conditions are made available before completing a purchase so that every customer has the opportunity to review and understand the subscription they are agreeing to. Additionally, we have not found any previous support requests from you regarding these charges or difficulties with our platform. Without receiving a direct request, our support team has not had the opportunity to investigate your situation or assist you in resolving your concerns. We would also like to better understand your dissatisfaction.
