Great experience. Replaced lost/stolen item
100% positive review: I ordered a Wahl clipper blade. I have to believe that it was sent as the order was confirmed as delivered, by USPS tracking. However, the order did not arrive. I do not know if the package was stolen. My post office was absolutely useless. I contacted eCosmetics to find out about insurance to replace the item. They immediately agreed to send me a replacement. The replacement item arrived and they therefore deserve 100% credit and rating.
