Exceptional customer service, great product
I had a great experience with my first order. After placing it I called to find out the expected arrival date and had a couple different discussions about when the product would come and the benefit - or not -of paying for expedited shipping. The problem was due to my own fault of waiting too long to place the order; I knew I was going to run out before receiving it. Anyway, the rep called me a couple times to follow up on the delivery issue and another time to inform me about how to order on an auto-ship basis to save money. I really appreciated all of it! I switched to the Ecopets brand after buying it (again on a "emergency" basis - gotta get my act together) from my local CBD shop. It was less expensive than what I was using before and my dog really likes the bacon flavor. When my local shop stopped carrying the brand and didn't respond to my email questions I decided to find it online and am so glad I did! CBD Drip has a great product (Ecopets is the only one I'm familiar with) and excellent customer service.

Not knowing anything about your…
Not knowing anything about your product, my doctor recommended I give it a try. I'm pleased that I tried it. After one gummy, I noticed a decrease in pain and my evening seemed to be a lot easier on my body. I'm really happy with the product and intend to buy more. I wish I could find them cheaper but they work and that it worth the price.

Sample arrived damaged, unusable
My sample arrived and all the lotion had escaped from the packaging and saturated the order form and envelope. So, no sample to use. No product to try out. Too bad since I was looking forward to trying it on my arthritic right hand.

Great staff
