Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car CareReviews of econrads.com

My 2013 mazda3 needed exhaust system repair. Paul worked diligently to complete repairs including an unanticipated replacement for my safety. The cost was reasonable- I was not charged for unanticipated repairs. I chose to wait while work was completed. I observed teamwork and excellent customer service to walk-in customers. I only trust Conrad’s Vermilion for my car repairs.

Purchased 4 tires and Alignment got a better deal than what I was gonna get at a competitor. Alignment was great and car felt like a new car after service Thanks Conrads!

I had an appointment at the Mt Pleasant Pennsylvania location . The gentlemen that helped me was Mark and I have to say that he was very nice and helpful! The garage and the lounge for customers was very clean ! I would recommend to anyone and have for family and friends . I plan to go back for my car care needs in the future. So kudos to him and his team there .

Service Manager, Kane, and his Technician provided great service for me at the Willoughby, Ohio location knowing I needed the work done ASAP. Fast, efficient, inexpensive, very happy with this type of old-fashioned service. Thanks....Wouldn't consider going anywhere else next time around. Will surely use Conrad's when other vehicles in fleet need service.
