Good customer service and experience

Overall, the service, both in quality and patience with me, is amazing. If I were to name 1 thing that would make my feedback a 5-star, it would be a couple customized visual guides and schedule suggestions to keep things on track and timely. The work with eco-tax is a bit difficult to keep organized on my end.

2nd year with the team and always ready to answer any questions, easy upload and plenty of templates. Really happy to see a return this year and always helpful reminders and getting started is easier with a list of changes for the tax season. My hope for the future is I don’t wait til the last few days and more time to have interviews with the CPA to see if i missed other avenues. I highly recommend!

The information he gave was very thorough, and he clearly answered all my questions. The price of signing up with this service is very good in comparison to comparable services. They offer a great amount of features for the price, and will take care of a lot of the administrative paperwork so I can focus more on running my business.
