The taste and quality of the meals is the best out of the 4 different meal delivery companies I tried. Unfortunately, the customer service is just not there. There is no tracking delivery and they don't answer emails. I'd love to continue my subscription, however I can't get anyone to answer me. They keep emailing me offers for lifetime $5.99 deal, but there's no way to claim to deal on the website.

It was going okay, until I got charged for an order that wasn’t delivered. My first box of 14, received 2 items that expired the next day. Got charged for my delivery that was supposed to arrive on May 17th, that never came. Waiting to hear back. I will dispute it with my bank, if I don’t get my food by today. Shout out to Diana. Thank you for reaching out so quickly and getting the situation resolved. Sucks I won’t have meals till next Wednesday but appreciate the help.

have been ordering from them for a while now.. have recommended to some friends. Def so helpful having lunch & dinner ready to go. Excited to look juicy for summertime thanks to these guys!

Paleo option, 12 meals a week, third week of service. Week one, new to the program, all good. No idea what to do with the box or ice packs - curious about peas in the cauliflower rice as they are not paleo. Sent a mail about the boxes - no response. Week two - got a few more meals, the beef and broccoli stuff was pretty lame but the plantains were great. Week three - Late delivery, no sleeves on the food, some meals had no labels, missing sauces, none of the cauliflower was riced, no plantains just more steamed cauliflower and it had shredded cheese all over it - which is not paleo. Called customer service - on hold 20 minutes, never picked up. We tried another email, got nothing, so we called again and got nothing but hold so we sent the email cancellation. I really wanted to like this service, but without any reliable means of communication we left. I would have been happy to just get a reply in two business days, but still nothing. We have not seen any new charges and no more food has arrived so I guess we are done with them.

Pros: the paleo meals were totally paleo and surprisingly delicious. Cons: The meals totally lack visual appeal. There is no communication from the company to the recipient. No emails after signing up; no email when my first order did not ship; no email when my 2nd order was Already billed without my knowledge. (I was still waiting for my first order to arrive). I made several phone calls and left messages before my call was returned. The young lady was very pleasant and after some research found out my first order was never processed by then even though it came out of my acct. Just to be clear, My initial order was set to arrive April 26th, but due to the issues on their side, I received the next (second one I had inadvertently paid for) on May 3rd. Though the food, imo, is good, I am still concerned with the lack of communication with this company.

Chicken was chopped up fatty thighs unless specified breast, when it was breast it was coated in something. Ordering all Keto I knew it didn’t match diet, also nutrition says “approximate” value, when watching weight that doesn’t work. Some products has expiration dates and some didn’t. Steak was half dehydrated jerky. On a positive note the meatballs were amazing

Horrible customer service. Not answering the phone, not responding to emails. They won’t give me my money back even though the food did not arrive. Had to email and call them so often to quit my contract too…

I love all the meals I order from eatclean. The sea bass is my fave & I love coming home to a delivery
