All under control, but every time that you need a worldwide quotation with different pricing, then it's impossible do it manually and you need to ask to them to get the file, so you are not fully independent. The wharehouse services are not including in their price, remember it! ;)

I'm am extremely glad for the positive experience I had on my first time doing an international shipment. Or for any kind shipment for that matter. I love the interface, easy to navigate and edit. Many courier options to Asia (more to come I hope!) and I love that it takes the guesswork out of the shipping costs. Thank you for making international shipping easy to understand and accessible (thanks for the free plan!) without the need to survey various courier options myself!

Excellent job

Works great but does not allow me to enter my HS number when doing international shipments. Need to use the list of generic products/codes provided. In some cases this has led to duty being charged on the product even though the product should be duty free
