Fraud
Fraud I booked a flight ticket with this merchant for £700, but the service was not provided as agreed. 1. After I completed the booking and payment, the merchant demanded an additional £286 in order to issue the ticket. 2. When I declined to pay the extra amount, they refused to refund me. 3. At 5:30 PM, the merchant emailed me a “ticket,” but the flight was scheduled to depart at 5:00 PM. This makes the ticket invalid and unusable, as tickets are expected to be issued well before departure to allow boarding. 4. Upon verification, the PNR and ticket number provided in this “ticket” cannot be found in the airline system, which indicates the ticket is fraudulent and was never valid in the first place. The services provided (demanding extra payment, issuing a late and fraudulent ticket) do not meet the agreed booking terms. This is a clear case of service not rendered.
