EastBadgeReviews of eastbadge.com

The coaches in this platform is high quality. It's super easy to book, they are very accomodating for last minute scheduling, unlike some other platform. The feedback I receive from the coaches here tend to be more detailed and level up your skills

I had an incredible mentorship session with @1KZtaM while preparing for Google SRE L6 interviews. I was looking for guidance on how to project seniority signals effectively during system design and behavioral rounds. The interviewer introduced me to the NALSD framework and walked me through what strong L6 responses look like with concrete examples and company-specific expectations. As I narrated my own experiences from Meta, they helped me map them to Google’s competencies and calibrate how to communicate impact, ownership, and technical depth more effectively. Their extensive experience across top tech companies clearly reflects in his guidance from the depth of the feedback to the practical, real-world framing of how senior engineers are evaluated. The session was focused on my expectations and needs, I came out with actionable tips and insights that is helping me bridge the gap between being technically strong and interview-ready for a senior-level role. Highly recommend him to anyone preparing for L6/L7 at top tech companies.

Mentor was very helpful and detailed in giving feedbacks

Highly recommend. I used EastBadge to prepare for DoorDash interview as there weren't a lot of resources out there. I needed a strict interviewer who is L6 and up and could tell me like it is -- this was it! After just one session, I know what they are looking for and I am so glad I used this platform. I had used Prepfully before but the coaches here are way better callibrated and also prices are more affordable.

Done one mock coding interview with them and plan on doing more for everything (coding, system design, and behavioral). EastBadge's pricing for interviews is better than other popular mock services like HelloInterview or Interviewing.io, even after factoring in package discounts from either website. Furthermore you get to choose the coach which is a bonus. Although I haven't had my second session yet, on Interviewing.io, if you want to stick with the same coach over multiple sessions, that requires you to pay extra.

I’ve done two mock interviews with them, and each time I received detailed, constructive feedback that really helped me prepare for my final round. It was definitely worth it. The team may be young, but they are dedicated and provide their services with genuine care and sincerity.

Incredible coach, feedback helped refine context and be confident on my interviews. strongly recommend

The platform is great for scheduling mock interviews at a reasonable price! I really recommend it. I scheduled 5 mock interviews and had a great experience in all of them. Feedback was always great, and I improved a lot. I was able to land a new position thanks to the practice I got here!
