I bought the pack with the 3 sizes. The small is way too small, the medium is still too lose, and when I move up to the large the plastic nub under the ear tip digs into my ear. The memory foam doesn’t seem to give me any better fit than the original apple ear tip.

I have been using the Eartune ADV earpieces for over a year, and have been impressed with the quality. I use them on AirPod Pro headphones, and they're comfortable and useful as I've had issues with headphones falling out in the past.
