Since I discovered these wonderful ear "mufflers" my life has taken a turn for the better...so much better. Teenage boys are no longer heard by me when they come in late.. I sleep better. I travel (airplanes) better. I love them.

I have been using these great earplugs for over 5 years, primarily to cut out various sounds ( snoring husband and dogs ) to allow for a good night sleep, also used them for snorkeling and swimming to keep water out.

save your money and put it toward noise reduction equipment. My wife beats the ear plugs every time. not worth the money!

Dear Doug: If you prepare and insert this advanced ear plug correctly, you will be surprised to learn that you have the HIGHEST BLOCKING moldable ear plug in the world doing what it does best; "blocking-out"! Please follow these instructions below (exactly): 1. Just as you are about to insert, take ONE ear plug and {work it or knead it}thoroughly between your fingers or hands for at least 25 seconds to make it soft, moldable and to disburse the Pure Lanolin throughout the ear plug. Pure Lanolin makes the ear plug slightly tacky so that it stays securely in the ear canal and seals it. When the ear plug is soft and moldable and ready to insert, it doesn't matter what shape it is; round, flat, long or narrow; just follow the next step. 2. Using the tip of your index finger, push FIRMLY & FLATTEN the ear plug IN and AGAINST your ear canal (until you feel a GOOD SEAL!) If it doesn't seal immediately, then hold your finger pressed against the ear plug (with slight pressure) for a few more seconds and it will seal well. 3. Now take the other ear plug, prepare it the same way & insert it into the other ear. With both ear plugs inserted correctly & sealing the ear canals, you should notice a big improvement. 4. To Remove: Simply pinch the ear plug with your thumb & index finger and gently pull downward and out. Doug, we all wear this same ear plug with complete success and we want the same success for you. I live downstairs from some heavy footed Rhino's at least thats what it sounds like but when I put these in to sleep (very very light sleeper) i can't hear a thing..best earplugs ever
