Dear Durand: That's a easy fix! Durand, our ear plug is made from pure natural Beeswax. Just prior to insertion, take (one ear plug at a time), and be sure to (work or knead) the ear plug between your fingers or hands for at least 20 seconds to make it (soft and moldable). Then do the same with the other ear plug. Then, with the tip of your index finger, push a bit more (firmly) then before, in and against your ear opening (until you feel the ear plug (SEAL) and stay sealed. Keep your finger pressed against the ear plug for a few seconds and it will seal well. Once SEALED, you'll have the highest blocking ear plug in the world, blocking out a great amount of sound.
