It is very quick and easy to get an appointment. It’s great if your pet has allergies and needs medication. My pet gets severe anxiety at vet appointments so for issues that aren’t serious this is a great alternative. Obviously for something serious an in person vet visit is necessary.

I am a new customer. I have had one appointment for both dogs. I thought the Vet was AMAZING! Truly. Only negative, is that there are so many emails and text messages for an upcoming appointment and further follow-up emails and text messages for products. I have flea/tick medicine already... I state that in the Pet Medical bio... but they will still send messages that it's 'overdue'.

Great service. Just needs better medication updating, especially when you pay for express shipping, only 1 bottle comes in and you have a dog in desperate need of all the medications. Otherwise great service and good doctors

The vet was great. Delivery of meds, not so much. It took a week to get the meds for my dog's ear infection. I had the option to pay an extra $15 to get it one day faster or $25 to get it two days faster. I was told that transferring it g to Costco takes even longer. Meanwhile my dog is suffering. Why no option to overnight it?

The zoom meeting went great. The perscription is troublesome. One pill for 15.00 and the pill is .28 a piece. Im trying to get it transferred to my Sams club pharmacy and they prefer I use Costco due to the fact that they carry alot of animal meds. Idk Ill figure it out. All in all way better then hauling my cat to the vet. Thank you Dutch!
