Ok these hot coffee cups you have need to go!! Every time I get a hot coffee (any size) they leak! Today my phone was soaked by my coffee... NOT COOL! please get different cups... PLEASE!!

About two and a half months ago Dunkin change their styrofoam cups to a thick hard paper cup. If these cups have one marking pressed at the top ring of the cup the lid will not properly fit there for causing it to leak. It will leak all over the side of your vehicle. One associate continues to hand me a cup that is filthy from coffee leaking and dripping down the paper coffee cup. Requested for a new cup, looks clean, take a sip and it leaked from under the lid all over my work top and pants. That mite not sound like a big issue but on this day it was. I was working 75 miles away from home helping a sister office. This has happen several times even dripping on to the interior of my vehicle. Nine out of ten cups are defective. If there is more coffee on the outside of the cup than inside the cup, CHANGE IT! I stop at DK one to two times a day.....as of today going forward, not anymore. One to many leaking cups. Guess its back to Starbucks for coffee and KK for a good sweet treat. I took pictures, unable to post photo on this review site. If someone gets burnt, I feel sorry for them. If coffee drips down your car door, sorry. Oops, coffee all over your pretty clean top, sorry. Sorry doesn't fix a leaking cup. Change it!

Cheated me this company sucks. They sent me a bogus email says I could use it for poor product I recieved in March 2020. It was no good, now during this COVID19 VIRUS some companies should stand for good. Well Dunkin you can take a Dunkin I will not do business with your company will let many others know HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS.

coffee, even when black, tastes sweet. donuts are not that good. they are usually a bit stale.

I went to the Gibbstown NJ DD (Harmony Rd) to get munchkins for my grandkids. I pull up to the window and see the woman inside placing the munchkins in the box, mask being worn around her neck not on her face covering her nose or mouth. Yeah.. NO THANKS!

Unfortunately, they close at 4 for now!! Not fun, for long nights!!
